These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the single‑sign‑on Service at sso.bizjaya.com (the “Service”) operated by BizJaya. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization (“Site Publisher”), you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Account Registration & Access

OAuth Login: You may register or log in via third‑party OAuth providers (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.). You control which profile data to share.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Publisher Obligations

Site Publishers who embed our SSO widget must:

Comply with all applicable laws (e.g. data protection, cookie consent).

Display a link to our Privacy Policy and Terms where user authentication occurs.

Obtain all consents necessary for us to process end‑user data.

4. User Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy (see above). You grant us the right to collect, use, and disclose your data as described therein.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse‑engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code.

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service.

Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or abusive purpose.

6. Fees & Billing

Access to the core SSO service is free (“Free Tier”). Premium features (if any) may incur subscription fees at bizjaya.com/pricing.

All fees are quoted in USD. Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of service.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: We and our licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property rights.

Your License: We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

“AS IS”: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither BizJaya nor its officers, directors, employees or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizJaya and its affiliates from any claims, damages, costs or liabilities arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason, without notice, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We’ll post the revised version at sso.bizjaya.com/terms and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
